You are responsible for the payment of all associated fees and costs; associated fees and costs for the “service(s)” are either contracted or customary and are due at the time of the “service(s)” or as arranged. The third party vendors are not affiliates or subsidiaries of allSolutions LLC and you are to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless allSolutions LLC, our directors, employees, and/or agents from any claims, damages, losses, demands and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, due to or arising out of or resulting from negligence or misconduct in relation to the service(s) provided.
